PENGARUH PRODUK PEMBIAYAAN MURALABAH (KPR PLATINUM, KPR FLPP, SWAGRIYA) TERHADAP LABA BERSIH PT. BTN SYARIAH BALIKPAPAN

چکیده
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Produk Pembiayaan Muralaba (KPR Platinum, KPR FLPP, Swagriya) terhadap laba bersih pada PT. BTN Syariah Kantor Cabang Balikpapan. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian terdiri dari variabel dependen dan independen. Laba sebagai sedangkan FLPP Swagriya Populasi sampel adalah 1 (satu) bank syariah terdaftar di Bank Indonesia. Analisis analisis regresi berganda pengujian uji asumsi klasik (normalitas, heterokedastisitas, autokorelasi multikolinearitas) hipotesis (uji t, F determinasi) Hasil dengan persamaan berikut: Y= 1147,022 - 0,064 X1 + 0,202 X2 1,305 X3. f diketahui bahwa seluruh independen secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan yaitu bersih. Dari hasl R Square diperoleh nilai sebesar 0,677 hal berarti simultan mampu mempengaruhi 67,7% sisanya 32,3% dipengaruhi oleh lain luar penelitian.
